ImpactLum, a Korean LED display company, and Hanyang Women's University have signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement aimed at developing national industries and fostering human resources. The agreement aims to contribute to the development of local communities and the country by strengthening the link between advanced technology education systems and corporate field experiences.

Personalized talent development and skills training

Through the agreement, ImpactRoom and Hanyang Women's University will focus on fostering industry-specific talent. The agreement will provide internship programs and on-the-job training opportunities for students to gain practical skills required by companies. Together with Hanyang Women's University, Impactrm will develop a curriculum that reflects the latest trends in display and LED technology to maximize the effectiveness of practical education.

"This agreement allows us to identify and nurture the talent that companies need early on," said ImpactRoom, "and we plan to actively support the next generation of talent that will drive innovation in the LED and display industries."

Contributing to communities and countries through industry-academia collaboration

Hanyang Women's University expects the collaboration to expand the intersection of industrial education and social contribution. The two institutions are also seeking ways to contribute to revitalizing the local economy and creating jobs for young people. In particular, they will focus on fostering female talent in high-tech industries, which will contribute to gender-equitable industrial staffing.

Expect synergies between high-tech research and education

As part of the agreement, ImpactRoom and Hanyang Women's University will also pursue joint research projects. Through this, they aim to develop the latest technologies in the LED and display industries and apply them to the educational field to improve the quality of industrial education and achieve technological innovation at the same time.

Through continuous exchanges, the two organizations will strengthen their cooperation in promoting industrial education and introduce various international exchange programs to enhance the global competence of technical talents.

The agreement is expected to spur new growth in domestic industry and education.
